A Revolutionary Hydraulic Control System
Maximum efficiency and controllability without trade-off's
INCOVA is a revolutionary hydraulic control technology that maximizes efficiency and controllability of construction equipment. INCOVA overcome’s the efficiency and controllability barriers of conventional technology by discarding previous mechanically limited systems with intelligent electronic controls. While conventional systems have to sacrifice controllability to improve efficiency, INCOVA can improve efficiency up to 30% while simultaneously improving controllability.
INCOVA uses high pressure oil sensors and advanced software controls to optimally control independent valves and pumps.
INCOVA technology is similar to the engine technology revolution during the early 1980’s when engine control moved to fuel injection. The market required a dramatic improvement in fuel control for emissions and efficiency. The carburetor had become complicated, expensive, and could not meet the emissions and efficiency targets. Conventional hydraulic valves are similar to the carburetor since dramatic improvements in efficiency and controllability are required, but not possible with conventional hydraulic valves. To make dramatic fuel control improvements, feedback sensors were added to the engine (Oxygen and Atmospheric sensors), independent control was added (fuel injectors) and advanced control software was developed to optimally control the fuel injectors. INCOVA is very similar. By including the pressure sensor feedbacks, advanced control software and independent control valves, INCOVA has revolutionized the hydraulic control industry and broken through the efficiency and controllability barriers.
