INCOVA Technologies and its major shareholders understand that with success comes responsibility. Stewardship is a critical element of this responsibility. ITI and its shareholders contribute to many worthy causes through direct contributions and through funding by the Ramirez Family Foundation.

Areas of interest include but are not limited to scholarship programs, Evangelical mission activities, fluid power education through the Ramirez / HUSCO International Chair at Georgia Tech, local charities including the Milwaukee Rescue Mission, and support for Wisconsin engineering / technical programs at Wisconsin universities and technical colleges.

In Waukesha County, HUSCO is one of the largest supporters of United Way. We also support organizations such as the Boy Scouts of America, the YMCA, United Community Center, La Casa de Esperanza and other programs vital to enhancing the quality of life in the communities throughout southeastern Wisconsin. We believe we can and do make a difference!
