Austin M. Ramirez
Chief Executive Officer
Austin Ramirez is the CEO of INCOVA Technologies and Executive Vice President of HUSCO International. He joined HUSCO in 2002 and has worked in various positions including Program Management, Business Development and most recently as General Manager of HUSCO’s Distribution division. Prior to joining HUSCO, Mr. Ramirez was a consultant in the San Francisco office of McKinsey & Company where he specialized in Corporate Finance and Industrial Operations.
Mr. Ramirez received a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was a Goldman Sachs Fellow and Arjay Miller Scholar. He is actively involved in the community and currently serves as a Director of the YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee and the United Way of Waukesha County. Mr. Ramirez also serves as the Chairman of the Future Leaders Network of the National Fluid Power Association and is a member of the Greater Milwaukee Committee and Young Presidents' Organization.

Todd Zakreski
President, HUSCO Automotive
Todd Zakreski joined HUSCO in 1998 and has served in a variety of roles including Engineering Manager of Agricultural Products, Automotive Program Manager, and most recently as Executive Vice President and General Manager of European Operations. Mr. Zakreski also led the design and development of HUSCO’s world class manufacturing & engineering operations in Pune, India.
Mr. Zakreski has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from The University of Rochester’s Simon School of Business. Zakreski is a former member of the Executive Committee of the British Fluid Power Association and an active member of the Society of Automotive Engineers and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.

Abby P. Ramirez
Executive Vice President, Finance & Administration
Abby Ramirez has been involved with HUSCO since joining the Board of Directors in 2003, and formally joined the company in 2008. Ms. Ramirez leads the Finance, HR and Information Systems functions for ITI. She has worked as the Director of Policy and Programs at the Doris & Donald Fisher Fund in San Francisco and as an investment banker at Robert W. Baird & Company in Chicago focusing on Industrial M&A and Equity transactions.
Ms. Ramirez received a B.S. in Commerce with a concentration in Finance from the University of Virginia, an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and an M.A. in Education from Stanford University.
